1. Tear open: pour your sachet into your chasen bowl, mug or glass. It’s already perfectly measured, so no scoops, no scales and no guesswork!

2. Pour 40ml warm water over the matcha - never over 70°C or you'll burn it and make it bitter! :(

3. Whisk or blend until frothy

4. If you want it iced; grab some ice cubes and pour 150-200ml of your milk of choice into a glass, then pour in your matcha mixture on top.
