2. Get ready: securely attach the whisk head. Add your matcha and water (or milk for frothing) to a cup with plenty of room.

3. Whisk away: lower the whisk head into the liquid before switching on. Move gently until smooth or frothy, keeping the head submerged to avoid splashes.

4. Finish up: switch off before lifting the whisk out - remember there are 2 speeds so you may need to click the button a couple of times.

Rinse & repeat: detach the whisk head from the handle and clean thoroughly. Let it dry fully before reattaching and replacing the cover. Never rinse or submerge the electric handle.
