Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We ship to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

All EU orders are sent from our warehouse in the Netherlands. There are no customs charges or import duties to pay on delivery.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Orders placed before 12pm CET on a working day usually leave our warehouse the same day. Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking link.

Free delivery

Delivery is free on all orders of €45 or more.

Delivery costs and times

For orders under €45, delivery is charged by parcel weight. The prices below are the starting rate for each country. Your exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch, not from when you order. If you shop in Czech koruna, Danish krone, Hungarian forint, Polish złoty, Romanian leu or Swedish krona, delivery is charged in your local currency at checkout.

Changing or cancelling an order

We pick and pack fast, so get in touch at hello@perfectted.com as soon as possible if something needs changing. Once an order has been dispatched, we can’t amend it.

Late, missing or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 14 working days of dispatch, or it arrives damaged, email hello@perfectted.com with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We’ll sort it out. If you’ve asked the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place, please let us know straight away if it isn’t there, so we can raise it with the carrier.
