Meet matcha’s mellow cousin. Our hojicha powder brings a roasted twist to your daily ritual. With a smooth, nutty flavour and caramel-like notes, this roasted green tea is lower in caffeine and full of possibilities. Perfect hot or iced, it makes your new favourite cosy, creamy latte. Your familiar scoop, whisk, sip - a whole new flavour and feeling to fall for.

100% Hojicha roasted green tea powder.

The standard matcha build for an Hojicha Latte:

Iced (12oz): Fill the cup with ice and add 200ml milk, leaving room at the top. Then slowly pour your 40ml whisked hojicha shot over an ice cube to maintain the layered effect.

Hot (8oz): Add a 40ml hojicha shot to the cup. Steam 200ml milk to 55-60°C and pour.

We recommend oat milk for the best flavour pairing.

Hojicha is delicate and highly sensitive to light, air, and heat. Smooth flavour, and natural antioxidants. Keep your hojicha in an airtight container, placed in a cool, dark cupboard away from direct sunlight and moisture. This will help keep it tasting fresh for as long as possible.

Caffeine: 30mg per 1tsp (2g) serving.
